Briana Sieppel
Briana is currently pursuing her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johnson and Wales University, having graduated Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Previously, Briana worked as an Executive Function Coach at MiddleBridge School, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with adolescents facing diverse learning differences and mental health challenges. She provided individualized support for each student, 40 minutes per day five times a week, tailoring interventions to promote growth and development within areas of executive function, including cognitive flexibility, perspective-taking, attention regulation, and emotional regulation.
Through her work, she gained valuable experience working with adolescents and families navigating cognitive and anxiety disorders including Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Specific Learning Disorders.
Briana’s integrative, client-centered approach is focused on creating a secure and warm environment where individuals can openly explore and process their thoughts, experiences, and feelings. She tailors her support to meet each client's unique needs and is committed to fostering a genuine sense of empowerment and collaboration throughout their journey.
