IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS
Clinically sound. Culturally sensitive. Legally informed.
At Dr. DeSantis & Associates, we provide high-quality psychological evaluations to support immigration petitions across a range of case types. These evaluations are conducted with empathy, professionalism, and deep clinical expertise—designed to meet legal standards while honoring each client’s unique story.
We partner closely with immigration attorneys and their clients to ensure timely, comprehensive, and well-documented assessments that can strengthen immigration cases. Evaluations are typically completed within 2–4 weeks, with expedited options available.
We Specialize in Evaluations For:
Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601, I-601A): To document the emotional, psychological, medical, and/or financial impact a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident would suffer if separated from the applicant.
Asylum Claims: To assess psychological effects of past persecution, trauma, or fear of future harm, and provide diagnostic clarity and trauma-informed insight.
VAWA Petitions: To support immigrant survivors of domestic violence by documenting psychological harm and patterns of abuse.
U Visa Applications: To evaluate psychological symptoms and emotional consequences following a qualifying crime.
T Visa Applications: For survivors of human trafficking, documenting trauma and mental health impact.
Cancellation of Removal: To assess the emotional and developmental impact of potential removal on U.S. citizen children or spouses.
