Jada Thompson is an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who supports individuals and couples in navigating life's complexities with clarity, resilience, and self compassion. With a grounded and empathetic style, Jada creates a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Jada works with adults, teens, children, and couples, providing a warm and supportive environment to navigate life's challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships. She strives to help clients feel understood while developing practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and relational concerns.
She specializes in relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, executive functioning, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, grief, infidelity, and personality disorders. Jada is Autism Informed Certified and enjoys working with autistic individuals by providing affirming, strengths based care that honors each person's unique way of experiencing the world. She also has specialized experience providing executive functioning coaching, helping clients develop practical strategies for organization, planning, time management, task initiation, emotional regulation, and daily life skills. In addition, she works with members of the LGBTQ plus community and understands the unique experiences and challenges they may face.
