Jada works with adults, teens, children, and couples, providing a warm and supportive space to navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships. She helps clients feel heard while learning practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other difficulties.
She specializes in relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, executive functioning, ADHD/ADD, grief, infidelity, and personality disorders. She also works with members of the LGBTQ+ community and understand the unique experiences and challenges you may face.
